Shukla is a Rickshaw driver, coming from a depleted Brahmin family. When his mother marries him off to a young, beautiful woman, Shukla doesn’t know much about married life.

How to find a bit of closeness and intimacy in the cramped one room apartment he shares with his permanent present parents? To make things worse, his sister moves in too after a big fight with her husband. But Shukla wants to make his wife happy and tries everything to achieve his goal, overcoming many obstacles, including his traditional parents. “Love and Shukla” impresses with its subtle humor and the strong character of “Shukla”.
